The rules for using Clients Finder.

Business identity: Clients Finder is a product and brand operated by WELCAD LIMITED. The customer contract for a Clients Finder subscription is with WELCAD LIMITED. Payments may be processed by Airwallex for WELCAD LIMITED.

1. The service

Clients Finder is a Windows desktop application and related services that help users find businesses, organize prospect information, verify email addresses, identify departments, generate keywords and content, and prepare data for outreach. Internet access is required for the service to operate.

Feature availability, technical specifications, supported operating systems, integrations and limits may change as the product evolves. The website should be treated as the current commercial description of the service at the time of purchase.

2. Account and access

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. A subscription is for the purchasing customer or organization and must not be resold, sublicensed or shared contrary to the plan terms.

Current website specifications state that one subscription can be activated on up to 2 Windows PCs.

3. Pricing, billing and taxes

Prices are shown on the Clients Finder website in USD unless the checkout clearly states another currency. The current public offer includes monthly and yearly plans, with the yearly plan billed once per year.

Payments may be processed through Airwallex for WELCAD LIMITED. You authorize WELCAD LIMITED and its payment service providers to charge the applicable price and any applicable taxes or fees presented at checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate billing details.

4. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer or statutory rights that apply to you.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Clients Finder to engage in unlawful activity, fraud, impersonation, harassment, unauthorized access, malware distribution, credential theft, or other conduct that violates applicable law.

You are responsible for ensuring that your prospecting, contact-data use and outreach comply with the laws, regulations, platform rules and contractual obligations applicable to your campaign and jurisdiction. Clients Finder does not provide legal advice on email marketing, data protection, telemarketing, advertising or anti-spam laws.

You must not use the service in a way that intentionally overloads, circumvents, probes or interferes with systems or security controls, or that attempts to defeat usage limits or access controls.

6. Data and third-party sources

Clients Finder may rely on public, third-party or otherwise available information and automated verification techniques. Contact data can change, become stale, be incomplete, or be incorrectly classified. Verification is a technical signal, not a guarantee that an address belongs to a particular person, that a message will be accepted, or that a recipient wants to hear from you.

7. AI-generated content

AI-assisted tools may generate keywords, classifications, drafts or other suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before use. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or unsuitable for a particular context.

8. Intellectual property

WELCAD LIMITED and its licensors retain rights in the Clients Finder software, branding, website, documentation and other protected materials. Except for the access rights expressly granted by your subscription, no ownership rights are transferred to you.

9. Availability and updates

We aim to maintain a reliable service, but no software service can be guaranteed to operate continuously or without defects. We may perform maintenance, security changes, feature changes or updates that temporarily affect availability.

10. Disclaimers

Clients Finder is provided to help with prospect research and outreach preparation. We do not guarantee any particular result, response rate, inbox placement, number of prospects, sales, customers, revenue, profit or return on investment.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WELCAD LIMITED will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill or data arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, non-payment, material breach of these Terms, unlawful use, or protection of the service and its users. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence. The courts of Hong Kong will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the website or account where reasonably appropriate. Your continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
